After the design is finalized and contracts are signed, a schedule is developed
and a project manager will be assigned to your project. You will have the
opportunity to become acquainted with your personal project manager during the
initial consultation. The project manager is responsible for the daily
development of your project and will make themselves available for questions,
ideas, changes etc. You will be contacted weekly with project updates. |
Using a licensed contractor
Having your construction executed by a licensed and professional contractor
should be a homeowner's or company's 1st concern. Using a licensed individual
not only guarantees your protection against poor workmanship but also
fraudulent activities such as accepting unlawful payment for work done or in
some cases for work not done. The contractor license board was developed to
protect consumers from unqualified companies and individuals. Licensed
contractors must carry a special insurance, which takes the liability for
accidents and other project related uncertainness away from the property
owner. |
