Design is the first step in creating a functional and beautiful yard. All great projects start with a great design. We take pride in our creative designs, tailoring a project to match the customer’s personal taste, and functional needs. We offer basic design, full scaled CAD drawings and graphic renderings.

How to get started

1st step- Initial consultation
2nd step- Sign contract to have CMD do your design and provide payment of ½ estimated cost.(depends on size of lot)
3rd step- Go over concepts, ideas, styles, themes and take measurement’s of property.
4th step- 2nd Meeting to go over design and make changes if needed.
5th step- Final payment for design and quote to build the project, if CMD is selected to build the design then ½ of the total design price fee will be credited toward the building process.

Design Pricing

1. General design – Scaled hand drawn or CAD. Shows project layout, Landscape, Concrete, and all hard-scape. Includes one meeting with changes at no charge. Changes after 2nd meeting will be additional charge.
Small project design - $500.00 (Lot sizes 10,000 sf. or less)
Large project design – Depends on lot size ($ .07 per. sf.)
